A: The fair opens to exhibitors from 08h00 to 17h00 from Thursday to Sunday. Visitors will have access from 08h00 to 16h00 on 30 and 31 May; 01 June from 09h00 to 17h00; 02 June from 09h00 to 16h00.

Q: How much is an entry ticket?
A: A ticket for an adult and those over 18 years old costs R50.00; Pensioner’s ticket is R30.00. Teenagers from 13 – 17 the ticket is R20.00 and children from 2 – 12 years entry is FREE. Children should be accompanied by adults.

A: Yes they will be available from ticket vendors at the venue.

A: The fair is open to everyone. Thursday and Friday will be dedicated to school children however this does not mean the public may not attend the fair on those days.

A: The fair is open to multimedia exhibitors. The fair will give visitors a broad overview of what technology can do in the advancement of education.

A: Book your exhibition stand now. The closing date for bookings and payment of stands is 10 May 2019. This date will enable the organisers to finalise the programme, publicise your business on the website and exhibitors’ brochure. The sooner you book your stand the more exposure your business receives.

A: Exhibitor’s accreditation permits will be distributed on the week before the event or on set-up day.

A: The number of tickets/permits issued will vary according to the number of stands bought by the exhibitor.

A: An exhibitor permit will be issued to exhibitors upon registration. This permit must be presented at the fair at all times in order to gain admittance.
Q: Are tickets valid daily or do they cover admission throughout the fair?
A: Book Fair tickets are only valid for one admission per day.

A: SACBF offers workshops for all age groups: 3 – 7, 8 – 12, 13 – 17, 18 and above.

A: Parents are advised to attend these workshops with their children. For safety and security reasons, it is not recommended to leave children alone.
